At 1971 Studio, we design premium sunglasses for everyday wear. If your order isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and transparent.

UK Returns Policy (Sunglasses)

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your sunglasses, even if you have changed your mind.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return your item.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Sunglasses must be unworn and in original condition

• All packaging (case, box, cloth) must be included

• Items must not be damaged or altered

We may reduce your refund if the product shows signs of excessive handling.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under UK law.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To change your style, return your item and place a new order.

• We recommend tracked delivery for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Personalised or custom sunglasses

• Items returned outside the policy timeframe
